Note: Not sure whether you're a Partner or a Member? You can check this on the Membership page in your AWARE™ account and on your contract.
Our AWARE™ Member Journey gives every AWARE™ user a solid foundation, adequate training, and optional guidance through your first Token creation. We've designed it to be simple and accessible, with local languages and educational material available right here in the Help Center.
The Member Journey is an automated process built around 2 touchpoints (Webinars), plus extra support whenever you need it. Below is a high level look at your first 6 months with AWARE™. For step by step platform instructions click here.
Signed with AWARE™ as a Partner? Your onboarding looks a bit different and more custom. Click Here.
Phase 1: Agreement and Finalizing of Membership.
Before your AWARE™ Journey can start, your Membership needs to be finalized. This means:
Your KYB (Know Your Business) is approved
Your Membership payment is confirmed (you can only pay once your KYB is approved)
You've shared your Supply Chain Partners with our team, we'll reach out to onboard them onto AWARE™ too
Phase 2: Kickoff Webinar(within about 1 week)
Once your Membership starts, your account goes live and you can create or update Tokens right away. To really get how AWARE™ works, we strongly recommend at least 2 people from your company join our Kick-off Webinar, ideally whoever's responsible for the data in AWARE™ and has access to the order details needed.
We host a Kick-off webinar at least once a week. Go to this page for the next available date.
Phase 3: Training Webinar (Before first ETD)
Now that you know how AWARE™ works, it's time to put it into practice. Join the Training Webinar close to the ETD (estimated time of delivery) of your first real shipment, so the instructions are still fresh when you actually need them. Check with your Supply Chain Partner on when they expect to send or receive your first Tokens.
Before this Webinar, make sure you have the following on hand:
Product details (weight, quantity, production date per item)
Material sources (fabric, yarn, trims you used)
Certifications (your factory compliance)
Total Weight of the Delivery (kgs): Enter the total weight of the produced goods.
For each source, you'll also need:
Weight (kg), feedstock type, supplier type, and supplier name/address
Mandatory uploads: invoice, packing list, and proof of delivery (POD)
Optional: certifications, lab tests, or other supporting documents
We host a Training webinar at least once a week. Go to this page for the next available date.
Phase 4: Token Creation, Updating and Sending (After Training)
Your final step is putting what you've learned into practice, creating, updating, and sending Tokens to the next AWARE™ account. Not sure you're doing it right? We're here to help, request a handholding meeting via support@wearaware.co or via the AWARE™ HUB.
Phase 5: Keep learning
Your Journey doesn't stop after your first Token. AWARE™ keeps evolving, and so does the guidance we offer, so check back on the Help Center for new articles, feature updates, and best practices as they roll out. If we host Expert Webinars on for exemple New Regulations, you will also find the announcements in the HUB.
If new questions come up during your onboarding, our team and the AWARE™ HUB are always just a message away.
