As a brand partner, you'll use the Aware™ platform to place orders and access detailed data for each product at the line item level. This means every unique combination of product, order, color, and supplier receives its own QR code and Digital Product Passport (DPP). Beyond the DPP, there's a wealth of data and reports available to help you make informed decisions.

Setting up your account

We want to make sure you have everything you need before you start placing orders. Here are a few account features that can help your team work more efficiently.

Adding team members

Once you've created your profile, you're all set to start using your account. We know collaboration is key, so you can add multiple team members to work in the platform at the same time. If you'd like to add someone to your account, just reach out to us with their first name, last name, and email address—we're happy to help get them set up.

Your dashboard

Your dashboard gives you a complete view of your subscription details, and we've populated it from our end. It's worth taking a quick look to confirm everything looks right. Once you start placing orders, you'll also see your progress reflected here.

Setting up sub-brands

To add multiple brands, head to 'Settings' in the bottom left of the menu bar, then click on the 'Brand' page. We've already created a brand using your company name. You can add more by clicking '+ Add' and uploading:

  • Brand name

  • Brand logo (we recommend a transparent background)

  • Circularity information (text and/or link to a webpage)

  • Brand data (an open field where you can share relevant brand information)

After adding these details, there's one more important step: add your sub-brand's location in the KYB (Know Your Business) section:

  • Click on "Company"

  • Click the edit symbol on the right to Request Re-Verification

  • Your profile will be on hold temporarily while we review

  • Add the additional location

  • Give us a heads up so we can approve the KYB for you

Supplier Compliances

When you are connected to your suppliers, you are able to see their profile. In the profile you can see if they have uploaded their scope certificates, and the expiry dates. Once a scope certificate is about to expire, you will receive an in-app notification. It's important to keep an eye on this, since invalid certificates won't show in the DPP and other reports.

To check this, go to 'Connections' and click on 'View Relation' in the Action column.
