To help you make our collaboration visible both externally (to your customers and stakeholders) and internally (to your team) we recommend following the steps below.
Think of it as your activation checklist for the first two weeks:
Share the news internally
Announce the partnership publicly
Add Aware™ to your website
Once you’ve completed these steps, your partnership with AWARE™ will be visible and understood across all key channels.
Step 1. Share the News With Your Team
Bring your team on board. Make sure your colleagues understand the partnership and can confidently share the story.
Send an internal announcement email.
Share the AWARE™ website and AWARE™ HUB with Helpcenter with your teams.
Encourage colleagues to follow AWARE™ on LinkedIn
If anything about AWARE is unclear, encourage your colleagues to share and ask questions to you or directly to us via support@wearaware.co
Step 2. Talk About AWARE™ on Your Website
Make your partnership visible. Add AWARE™ to your website so customers and stakeholders immediately see your commitment to transparency.
Of course, your website, your rules, but here are some suggestions:
Place our logo on your homepage and/or sustainability page
Create a dedicated landing page to showcase traceability
Step 3. Announce Our Partnership on LinkedIn
Let the world know! Your last step is to share the news publicly and position yourself as a leader in traceability.
Post a partnership announcement within 2 weeks - create your own or use our ready-to-go templates on request (short & long posts).
Tag AWARE™ (@AWARE™ Traceability Technology) in your post
