What is a wallet? Why do I need it?
Think of your wallet as a digital warehouse for your material. The number of tokens sitting in your wallet is the same as the kilos of material you actually have, add material and your token balance goes up, use or send it and it goes down.
Can I export my data?
Yes. As the owner of your data, you can pull reports in the formats you need, DPPs, traceability reports, impact reports, compliance reports like AGEC and UFLPA, and your Crypto TC®, whenever a buyer, auditor, or regulator asks.
How do I reset my password?
Use the "forgot password" option on the AWARE™ login screen, or reach out to support@wearaware.co if you're locked out.
What if the platform is down or won't load?
First, check you're on Chrome, AWARE™ currently requires it. If the issue continues, reach out to support@wearaware.co.
Can I use AWARE™ offline?
No, AWARE™ is cloud-based and tokens are secured on a public blockchain in real time, so you need an active connection to create, update, or send them.
Who owns the data?
You do. AWARE™ can't see it, use it, or sell it, your production data is captured on your account and stays under your control. You decide who gets access to what, and when.
How is the data verified, is it self-reported or is there an audit layer?
The data comes from you, the producer, but it's proven through tokenisation rather than resting on self-reporting alone. Alongside your own entry, sources like the feedstock source declaration back up what you're claiming. Once it's secured on the blockchain, it can't be rewritten. That said, AWARE™ isn't fraud-proof, no system can honestly claim that, it's fraud-transparent: if something is wrong, it's visible and traceable instead of buried in a portal.
What if a producer makes a mistake and it's already written on the blockchain?
You don't really edit a token, it's the process of securing your data onto it. Once that process is secured on the blockchain, it can't be redone or edited, that permanence is the whole point. It's also why manager approval is required before anything is secured, to make sure it's right the first time.
Can I choose what I disclose to the public? My supply chain is confidential.
Yes. You control what's shown on your public-facing DPP, your underlying supply chain data isn't automatically exposed just because it's verified. If you're a product owner, you can currently keep your suppliers hidden with stealth mode, so what a shopper sees and what a buyer or auditor with granted access sees can be very different.
How are QR codes generated?
This is a live, current feature: when you place a PO in the system, a QR code is generated for it automatically, and that QR code redirects to the DPP.
