What it is

Jurisdiction-specific compliance reports generated automatically from AWARE™ supply chain data. Select a product, choose a report type, and AWARE™ compiles everything required for that market's regulations into a single, formatted document.

What we're trying to solve

Most compliance reporting is the same data presented in different ways for different regulators. Most brands handle this manually - pulling data from multiple systems and people, reformatting it, and hoping nothing was missed. When a regulator or customs authority asks for documentation, the answer shouldn't take weeks or months to compile.

AWARE™ already holds the data. We can turn that data into submission-ready documents in seconds.

What you get

Three report types are currently available:

  • AGEC report (France). Supports compliance with France's Anti-Waste for a Circular Economy law. Covers material composition, recycled content percentage, recyclability, and supply chain traceability - formatted to meet Article 13 requirements.

  • UFLPA traceability report (USA). Supports compliance with the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act. Covers full chain-of-custody documentation, supplier KYB verification, forced labour declarations, material certifications, and blockchain transaction logs - structured to support US Customs and Border Protection inquiries.

  • EU traceability report. A comprehensive supply chain traceability document covering material composition, supplier compliance, certifications, journey mapping, and blockchain verification - aligned with EU due diligence and DPP requirements.

How it works

Navigate to a ‘FILLED’ purchase order, select “Country reports”, and choose from the available report types. AWARE™ then compiles the relevant supply chain data - supplier details, certifications, feedstock declarations, blockchain records, shipping documentation - and generates a formatted PDF.

Reports are generated from primary data submitted directly by each supplier in your chain. Every data point links back to a verified source.

A note on data accuracy

AWARE™ compiles and presents data as submitted by supply chain participants. The platform verifies KYB status and certification validity at the time of onboarding, but does not independently audit the accuracy of supplier-submitted data.

Each report includes a full disclaimer outlining the scope and limitations of the data presented. In this way we have helped our user discover a lot of data issues in their supply chains, that are now fixed and operating much more certainty.
