To send Aware™ Tokens, your customers (producers or brands) must be registered on the platform and connected to your account. Here you can add or invite relations to your account. Do this immediately after your KYC have been accepted.

Navigation: Producers go to Settings > Relations; brands go to Connections.

Action: Click 'Add relations' and use the search menu to find the account you want to connect with.
