1. Details or Company
Fill in the general information for your company, including the company name, website, and address. Please ensure you use English characters only for all fields.
Save: Once finished, press the blue ‘Save & Next’ button.
In the Aware™ ID* field, enter a short name or nickname for your company (e.g., if your company name is "Pro Star Spinning & Weaving Co. Ltd." the Aware™ ID could be "prostar"."). This ID is used to identify your company within the platform.
Production location(s)*:
Add the geo-location(s) of your own production facilities. Note: Do not include outsourcing factories.
Add Location: Click the 'Add Production Location' button.
Search Location Box: Enter your facility's address in the search box at the top of the screen, or manually drag the map marker to the exact position.
Confirm: Press the + button once the address shown in the 'Your Location' field is accurate.
2. Profile
Add your logo, a company presentation, and optional company photos to your profile.
⚠️ Logo Requirements: Your upload must be exactly 300 x 300 pixels with a transparent background.
Company Presentation*: Keep your description brief, clear, and engaging. Focus on who you are, what you do, and what makes your company unique. Avoid technical jargon or lengthy promotional content. Stick to a maximum of 3–4 sentences.
Save: Once finished, press the blue save button.
3. Certifications
Add all certifications granted to your company. Keep them updated by entering their expiration dates to ensure you receive automated notifications before a renewal is needed.
4. Sustainable Processes
Add and save any sustainable process certificates here.
5. Tracer
If you are an Aware™ Tracer Technology Partner, upload your certificate under 'Aware™ Tracer'. If your company has developed its own tracer technology or uses a third-party tracer, upload the details under 'Custom Tracer'.
6. Declaration
Carefully read and check all social compliance boxes, then sign the declaration with your name and details.
7. Terms & Conditions
Read the Terms and Conditions, select the check box, and click on 'Submit'.
What’s Next
Your KYB will be reviewed by our Integrity team. You will receive an email if we have additional questions or once your profile is approved.
Your KYB data will be used for the Aware™ Digital Product Passport (DPP). Be precise and responsible. Promote your company by providing clear, short, and honest information.
