Once your fabric batch production is finished, you must create tokens. These are digital representations of the physical fabric leaving your factory, where 1 token = 1 kg of fabric.
How to start:
Click 'Create' in the top menu.
Select '+ Create Tokens'.

Note: All fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are mandatory.
1. Physical Asset
Enter the specific details of the fabric you produced.

Material Composition: Click 'Add Composition' to open the side menu. Select your material from the dropdown and set the percentage using the field or slider.
Sustainability: If the material is sustainable, toggle the button on. Select the correct sustainability claim and specify if it is post-industrial or post-consumer.

Total Weight (kgs): Enter the total weight of the produced goods.
The total weight of products is the Net weight of the batch.
Include trims and accessories, but exclude packaging.
Make sure to convert the m³ or yardage of your fabric batch to its weight. You can do this by calculating the m³ or yard weight, multiplied by the amount of m³ or yards (weight x amount).
2. Tracer
If there is a physical tracer in your fabric, toggle the slider on.
Aware™ Tracer: Select this option and enter the Positive Scan Date. No test report upload is needed.
Other Tracers: Select 'Custom', enter the tracer name, and upload the test report.
If no tracer was used, you may skip this step.
3. Self Validation
Self-validation proves the origin of your sustainable materials. Collecting these data points validates sustainability claims, allowing brands to make reliable statements about the final product.
Add Validation: Click 'Add Self Validation' for each source.

Per source:
Mandatory Data: Weight (kgs), feedstock type, supplier type, and supplier name/address.
Mandatory Uploads: Invoice, Packing List, and Proof of Delivery.
Optional: You may also upload certifications or lab tests.
Declaration: Enter your full name and check the box to confirm the information is accurate.
4. Company Compliances
This page displays your valid factory compliances coming from your KYC.
Updates: If certificates are missing, add them through your Settings.
Visibility: Compliance checkboxes are checked by default to show them in the Digital Product Passport (DPP). Uncheck them if you prefer not to display specific certificates.

Submission
Review the summary of your data one last time, then click 'Submit'.
