How to send tokens
1. Go to Send Tokens
Navigate to: Send > Send Token
2. Select the receiver
Choose the customer you're sending fabric tokens to.
Can't find them? Make sure they're added as a connection. Go to Settings > Relations to add them first.
Click "Save & Next"

3. Select the tokens to send
Choose the Aware™ Token ID of the fabric tokens you created.

Don't see your tokens in the list?
They might not be approved yet. Check with your manager or go to Manage > Create Token Requests to see the status.
4. Enter the quantity
Add the quantity of fabric tokens to send.
Remember: 1 kg of fabric = 1 token
Example:
Shipping 1,000 kg of fabric? Enter 1,000 tokens
Click "Save & Next"
5. Add transaction certificates (optional)
Upload any certificates specific to this shipment (inspection certificates, quality checks, etc.).
This is optional but recommended if you have them.
Click "Save & Next"
6. Upload shipping documents
Required documents:
Delivery Note
Packing List
These prove the physical shipment matches the digital token data.
7. Add product certificates (optional)
Upload any additional fabric documentation:
Lab tests
Quality test results
Compliance certificates
Other fabric-specific documents
Click "Save & Next"
8. Review and submit
You'll see a summary of what you're sending:
Receiver (customer name)
Token IDs
Quantity
Documents attached
Everything correct? Click "Submit"
Your tokens are now sent to the customer.
What happens next?
The customer receives a notification that you sent them tokens. They can now view:
Your fabric data (composition, weight, sustainability claims)
Linked material sources (yarn tokens if applicable)
All certifications
Shipping documents
This completes the traceability chain from raw materials → your fabric → their finished products.
You're part of the network now. Welcome.
